This wonderful homemade pate is oozing this with flavour and texture. It combines fired portobello mushrooms with onions and garlic, with freshly cooked green lentils and chic peas, all gently blended together to form a moist, tasty pate.
This pate can be served with the homemade cracker hearts or used as a base for a creamy vegan sauce for pasta, or on the bottom of a vegetable wellington as a suggestion. – The choice is yours.
